INTRODUCTION:
LOW IMPACT ACTIVITIES are a type of exercise where the amount of stress, either aerobic, physiological or placed upon the anatomical structures is relatively low. Main benefits of this type of activities are the decreased damage to joints and the ability to cause an improvement in your physical condition when your previous fitness level is low or in case you have recently suffered an injury. You will also appeal to this exercises when you wish to recover your general body balance and wellness.
