PROJECT #2. REAL FOOD VERSUS PROCESSED FOOD 2. DEADLINE:
- Introduction: after completing the products chart you are going to write conclusions with a partner and create a publicity leaflet to let others know some facts about the effects of processed meals and the benefits of natural products.
- Task: create a leaflet using the results and information of the two tables and at least answer to the following questions.
1.- What is processed food.
2.- How can we know if a product/ meal is real or processed.
3.- Negative effects of processed food.
4.- Natural products that we can use to replace processed meals.
5.- Design a motto or slogan to impact people about the need of taking natural food.

After watching the followin videos, answer the questions below:
1.- Create a definition for REAL FOOD.
2.- Write something you didn't know before wartching and listening to these videos.
3.- Create a grid in which you take notes of the different processed meals you eat daily.
4.- Find some real meals that you can include in your daily melas as substitutes of the previous ones.

PROJECT #0. WARM UP, COOL DOWN AND BASIC ANATOMY. DEADLINE:
- Introduction: we are looking for a virtual Physical Education Teacher. You are going to apply for the job so you need to prepare something to show how would you teach the warm up and cool down phases to younger students.
- Task: create a project in which you teach the basics about the WARM UP and COOL DOWN using any format: video, pictures book, memory wall, etc…

PROJECT #4. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DEADLINE: First week in March.
- Introduction: the purpose of this activity is to raise your awareness of the healthy and unhealthy lifestyle choices you make in your daily life. This will be the first step befor you move into a training program.
- Previous Questioning:
What are the benefits of Physical Activity?
What are the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle?
- Task: you are going to become a Healthy Lifestyle detective so you will need to investigate someone`s lifestyle and habits. Design a HEALTHY/ UNHEALTHY HABITS survey or questionnaire and deliver it to at least one person asking about HEALTHY HABITS (e.g. Do you usually sleep at least 8 hours?) After that, write a brief conclusion about their health levels and make recommendations to that person so he or she can become healthier.
As part of the conclusion you need to write: Strengths, Areas of Improvement, Short Term Goals and Long Term Goals. Check the example.
Don't forget to ask about all the different aspects and components mentioned in the following "Resources" section.

PROJECT #5. ANCIENT OLYMPIC GAMES DEADLINE:
- Introduction: we are going to focus on the most important sporting event in history and the origin of what we actually know as the Olympic Games. Greeks promoted sports as part of social life and created impressive ceremonies using different games an sports as main protagonists.
- Task:
make a PRESENTATION (movie, power point, emaze, prezi, animation ...) trying to explain the main features of the Ancient Olympic Games. As guideline use the following topics and questions. You can include more information if you wish.
- What was the purpose of the Ancient Olympic Games?
- What was the commitment of the participants Polis during the months before The Games?
- When were the Ancient Olympic Games Abolished?
- Describe the role of women during the Ancient Olympic Games?
- Can you explain what te Olympic Truce was?
- Explain the different sports, events and contests that were held during the Ancient Olympic Games. Which ones are still part of the Modern Olympic Games?
- Name some of the most significant athletes: explain something about their lifes, their training methods, and any other interesting facts. Do you find any common aspects with today's athletes?
- What used to happen with cheaters?
- Could anyone took part in The Games?, what kind of people could compete?
