We had the chance of enjoying a great ride through Madrid Río, from El Puente del Rey to Matadero. Along the journey we listened to the explanations about the historical and social facts which gave us a good knowledge of this popular area. We showed our best skills "dribbling" the crowded facility where you can find runners, bikers, skaters, walkers or just quite and calm walkers..., sometimes it is not an easy mission. Not to be missed the great playing castles, slopes, and recreational areas were we had a real catarsis and let a lot of steam off. Take a look at the pictures and the videos from Juan GoPro camera. Thank you... As part of the Bilingual Department we have worked on this project showing our gymnastic skills. We represented the story of different superheroes through body language, acrobatics and group drama situations. We had two months of very hard work that ended up with the final presentations. I would like to thank Shawn and Carmen for their help and support during the creation process.
Our 4º ESO students visited Instituto Nacional de Educación Física and Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo in Madrid. Apart from the XIX century gym, we walked around the facilities where our olympic athletes prepare Rio 2016.
